Molecular Dynamics Studies of a Poly dA 30-mer: Temperature Salt Effects and the Premetling Transition.
A series of molecular dynamics simulations of a 30 base pair poly dA sequence are reported for various temperature and salt conditions. Detailed analysis of these effects with respect to structure, axis fluctuations and bending, and dynamics are presented. Free energy analysis on these simulations has been prefroemed and . From the results, a possible mechanism of DNA premelting transition is suggested.
