Influence of Non-Thermal Millimetric Coherent Electromagnetic Radiation on Physical Properties of DNA Solutions

Thermostability and density of DNA solutions under the influence of nonthermal millimetric coherent electromagnetic waves (MMEMW) have been investigated. The obtained results reveal dependence of density and thermostability of DNA solutions on a doze of MMEMW at resonant for aqua structures frequencies 64.5 and 50.3 GHz and do not change at non-resonant frequencies. It has been shown that density of DNA solutions has changes in comparison with double distillated water and non-irradiated samples.

The increase of DNA solutions density after irradiation of solutions by MMEMW, coinciding with resonant frequencies of fluctuations of molecular fractions of water, in all possible cases, is caused by change of structure of water owing to an irradiation, as resonant frequencies of DNA absorption are in area from 2 up to 9 GHz. It is possible to assume, that at an irradiation of the buffer and DNA solution dehydration of ions existing in a solution (basically Na+) and DNA have occurred. The part of free molecules of water fills in emptiness of hexagonal structures, owing to what density of a solution.
