Many aspects of registration, meals and accommodation are simplified to mange it better with fewer staffs. Registration fee now includes all your meals for 4 nights and 3.5 days in addition to participation at the 15th Conversation. Housing is at the new Empire Commons, air conditioned 24 hr internet connected apartments built by the University for our students. Four separate bed rooms are connected to a common living room, kitchen and two baths etc. Especially to help out students, we offer "double occupancy" at almost half the cost of singles. However, these rooms have only a single full double bed. Double occupancy means one has to share the bed. And people who request for double occupancy must provide the name of the roommate at the time of booking.

You can now reserve for registration, meals and accommodation in a single form and pay the costs in a single check to University Auxilliary Services. You can also use credit cards for these purposes.
